Honey Butter Garlic Glazed Salmon Bites

- 1 lb salmon fillets, cut into bite-sized cubes
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Method

In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, lemon juice, and minced garlic. Set aside.

Season the salmon bites with salt and pepper.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the salmon bites and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until they are golden and crispy.

Remove the salmon bites from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, melt the butter. Add the honey garlic mixture and cook for 1-2 minutes, until it thickens slightly.

Return the salmon bites to the skillet, tossing them in the glaze until they are fully coated.

Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
