Ingredients

  • 5 potatoes
  • 2 eggs
  • sunflower oil
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Method

  1. 1

    Cut potatoes in small unique pieces - must have a thick and thin side

  2. 2

    Put oil in pan (enough to cover potatoes) together with olive oil

  3. 3

    Put potatoes in oil to fry stirring until all cooked

  4. 4

    Add salt to potatoes while frying stirring continuously

  5. 5

    Add eggs (one on each side of pan)

  6. 6

    Add salt

  7. 7

    Mix all together till eggs are on all potatoes

  8. 8

    Drain oil from pan and serve
