Ingredients
- 1000 gr Stork Margarine
- 5 kg Cake Flour
- 2 Tins Condensed Milk
- 2 Condensed milk mixed with 4 tins of warm water
- 4 Blocks yeast
- 2 tsp sugar (add more if you prefer sweeter koulouria)
- 1 Pinch Salt
- Mehlebi
- Ground cloves
- Cinnamon
- Water to make soft dough
- Sesame seeds
- Mavrogoko (black cumin)
Method

Sift flour in big bowl and add salt, ground mastichi, mehlebi, cloves and cinnamon. Mix well together

Put yeast cubes in a jug, add little flour to mixture(handfull) and 2 Tsp sugar, 1.5 cups warm water. Mix and leave in warm place to rise.

Melt butter with 2 tins condsed milk and 4 tins water (allow mixture to cool.) when cool pour into pour mixture with the yeast mixture and mix to a soft dough adding extra warm water if needed
