Simplest cake of all (cupcakes)

Ingredients

  • 125 gm stork margarine
  • 2 cups flour
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 0.75 cup sugar
  • 2.5 tsp baking powder
  • 3 eggs

Method

  1. 1

    Put stock in bowl and sieve dry ingredients into stock

  2. 2

    Add eggs and milk

  3. 3

    Beat together with a hand beater

  4. 4

    Grease trays and pour in the mixture

  5. 5

    Bake at 180°C for 25 min
